Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you find you need to cancel your scheduled class, we will refund your tuition minus a $25 processing fee, (over and above the registration fee) if you notify us in writing a minimum of 7 days before the first day of your original scheduled class.
Registration fees are not refundable. Tuition fees will be refunded by check from TMSTP,Inc. minus $25.00 for processing.
Example; If your original class was on a Friday evening , we must be notified no later than 4:00 P.M. Friday, the week before your Friday class start date.
Refund Example; Your BRC Tuition is $125 minus $25 cancellation processing fee, your refund is $100.00. We will mail a check within five business days from notification if qualified for a refund.

ALL cancellation notices received less than 7 days, will result in a non refund of tuition and fees. We regret we can not accommodate your request under 7 days.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY EXCUSES OR REASON. OUR ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY IS FOR FAIRNESS TO ALL STUDENTS, PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE WHO HAVE ACCEPTED A LOSS, OR, FOR THOSE CONFRONTED WITH A SIMILAR SITUATION.

Inclement weather cancellations by TMSTP: call us @ 757-373-4752 for a recorded message regarding your class if cancellation is necessary. If there is no message referencing the weather, then your class is still scheduled to begin. If cancelled, you will have one year from the date of cancellation to reschedule your class. NO REFUNDS. We do not charge to reschedule due to a class cancellation when initiated by TMSTP only. (A one time FREE reschedule will be offered for this event.)
If you need to reschedule your class: Contact us in writing no less than 7 days before the day your originally scheduled class was to begin, and include payment (money order only) along with information requested below.
Example; If your original class was on a Friday evening , we must be notified no later than 4:00 P.M. EDT at the close of our office hours, Friday, one week before your Friday class start date. Remember, these safety classes are in demand, and rescheduling for another date may not be possible or at the very least may be several months out. The cost is $25.00 to reschedule a class. NO CHECKS or CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED - money orders only.
Mail your MONEY ORDER payable to: TMSTP, Inc. 2211 Fredrick Boulevard Portsmouth, VA 23704, with your written request. Include e-mail, address, phone number(s), confirmation #, two or more alternate dates and any additional information that may help to process your request. Transferring to another person is treated as a reschedule. Payment must accompany request.
Rescheduling notices received less than one week before the day your originally scheduled class was to begin, will result in the forfeiture of your tuition, and fees. (no refund)
Cancellation Policy: Once your appointment is made - Absolutely No Refunds and Non Transferable!
If you are not in your seat by the scheduled start of your class, your seat will be given to a Stand-By student and you will NOT be entitled to a refund or a reschedule! It is imperative you arrive ahead of your scheduled class start time to ensure your seat in class!!!!
Do Wear: Regular fit blue jeans, Boots with a Low heel of (1/2 to 1 inch) Need good Arch.
Bring With You: Long sleeved shirt or jacket, Full finger gloves, Bandana for under your helmet, Helmet (if you have one- DOT ), Sunglasses or Goggles and Water to drink.
Do Not Wear: Skintight jeans, Bellbottom, baggy, or oversized pants, Boots with high heels or soles higher than 1& 1/2 inches. Do not wear footwear with No Heal, you need a good arch, no Tank tops.
Inclement Weather? We train rain or sunshine! Please do not bring guests or pets.
